Scratch Pancakes with Fresh Maple Syrup from New York

Last night Dale and I kept our friend's girls. The normal routine is fresh pancakes and syrup for breakfast. This morning we added some fresh strawberries and syrup on top.

My inlaws actually own an operate a Maple Syrup Farm in Hartford, NY. I have details below. When they come back for the wedding, they surprised us with some syrup! We go through it pretty quickly around here.
Scratch Pancakes
1 egg
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup of flour
2-3 tablespoons of melted butter

Directions for this delectable breakfast: mix egg and milk, add dry ingredients, fold in melted butter.
